01 Introduction & General Information

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the owz365 platform and all its users. owz365 operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. References to "owz365", "we", or "our" on this page refer to the owz365 platform.

02 Account Registration & Verification

Each person may only hold one account on owz365. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. owz365 reserves the right to close an account at any time if false information is found to have been provided. The information required at registration includes:

• Full legal name (as shown on your National ID)
• An active mobile number
• Date of birth (proof that you are aged 18 or above is required)
• A valid email address (if applicable)

Owz365 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. You may be asked to upload a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Keep your account password completely confidential. owz365 will never ask for your password by phone or email. You are solely responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your password with others.

03 Age & Eligibility Requirements

Only individuals aged 18 or above may create an account and use the services on owz365. This is a strict rule with no exceptions.

Owz365 may request proof of age at any time. Certain account features may be restricted until age verification is complete. If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.

It is your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal in the country or region from which you are accessing owz365. owz365 does not serve users in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits on owz365 can be made using approved payment methods including Mobile Banking and Nagad. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact owz365 support.

• The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set by owz365 and are subject to change at any time.
• Owz365 may delay or suspend the withdrawal process in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.

Owz365 does not facilitate money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity. If a suspicious transaction is detected, owz365 reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Owz365 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on owz365 are powered by internationally certified software and use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes, ensuring every result is completely fair and random.

If a network disconnection occurs during a game, the data recorded on owz365's servers will be considered final. Results displayed due to a software bug or technical error may be deemed void.

• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Owz365 may update game rules or introduce new games at any time.

07 User Code of Conduct

All users on the owz365 platform are expected to behave respectfully. The use of disrespectful, offensive, or threatening language in live chat or any other form of communication is strictly prohibited.

• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to deceive other users is prohibited.
• Abusive behaviour toward owz365 staff may result in account closure.
• Spreading false information in owz365's name or attempting to damage the brand's reputation is strictly prohibited.
• Participation in any form of fraud, deception, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Owz365 does not sell your information to third parties. However, we may be required to share data with authorities in cases of legal obligation or investigation into suspicious activity.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Owz365 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• For any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• If you register using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• For operating multiple accounts.
• If evidence of fraud, deception, or bonus abuse is found.
• If the user is found to be underage.
• Due to legal obligation.

Users may also request account closure at any time through owz365 Support. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded.

10 Responsible Gaming
